Opera “Werther”

If you've hardly
booked the opera's ticket in the HK Art Festival. I think that is a
good opportunity for enjoying the opera on May.

On 8-10 May,"
Werther" opera is Presented by Opera Hong Kong & Consulate
General of France in Hong
Kong.

Are you like Goethe's
novel- "The sorrows of young Werther"?
The story was
about Werther's romantic love story.

Though Werther could
finally showed his love to Charlotte, tragically, he has succumbed
to his self-destructive melancholy.

I love this story’s
texture so that I also like this opera too.
The
"Werther" opera is the first time performing in Hong Kong,

Opera in 4 acts
based on Goeth's best-selling "The Sorrows of Young Werther".
Massenet's celebrated opera has captivated audiences since its debut in 1892.
Massenet's emotion-filled melodies, touching solos, and gorgeous
orchestral textures combine to create a deeply satisfying musical experience.

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull

                                           

Indiana
Jones will be out summer
on May 22.

I saw the first
three movies before 20 yrs ago.
First three movies
were really full of amazement, everyone would like Indiana
Jones for he was a hero. Whatever who was fighting with him, he could
took them easy. 
Meanwhile, he had
adventurous spirit & strategy in the crisis.

I admitted that the film which could bring a good feeling for me. Enjoying this  film in theater will be much better than you watch DVD at home. You can't  get a good result in sound
effect, atmosphere & quality on TV screen.

Can Indiana Jones is still fighting with the enemy? ( Harrison Ford is 65yrs old now?)

I looking forward to see this film on wide screen.

Hoping Indiana 4 will bring a lot of new element, excitement & fun

『為愛活下去』Miracle in the Andes

最近看了一部勵志的書，稱【為愛活下去】
當我看完這本書，令我的心情震顫不已，深受這群年輕人的感動。
他們為求生還而契機所做的努力。
內容不只是講述安第斯山空難舊事，亦喚醒了對生命的意義。

通過作者南度對生命經驗，大大鼓勵人們：「即使面對最殘酷的痛苦和任何困難，一個常人還是可以捱過去的。」他在這次受苦經驗中，省悟到人生最關鍵的事物，的，是愛與被愛的機會。無論在家庭裡或未來前途，我們都擁有所需的一切。

他在一次場合會中，聽到一個年輕女士親述了自己在倒車時，結果壓死了女兒，令她產生內疚和悲痛而使人生癱瘓了，其他家人也跟著受苦。

後來聽到南度的空難故事，讓她發現自己錯了。人即使受苦，還是可以活下去。要為丈夫和女兒活下去。

南度恍然大悟，原來他的故事就是她的故事。他以前一直以為自己的遭遇是獨一無二、極盡慘痛，只有身歷其境的人才能真正體會和了解。

同時，作者啟發我們，當人走到生命的極限，只有愛的能量，才能讓他有勇氣去走出生命的谷底。

本書文字表達精簡，令人愛不釋手。
